DMS™ AUTO
DMS™ AUTO (HotelMap's own Delegate Mailing Management System) is an advanced emailing
process that connects your delegate registration system with the HotelMap delegate emailing
service. Once integrated, delegate emails regarding hotel booking deals near to an event are
sent as soon as a delegate registers for an event. Furthermore these emails are sent in the
delegate's own language (the number of languages used by the average event organiser is currently 27))
with the customised HotelMap link automatically inserted along with the option of a local phone
number that the delegate can call if they prefer personal assistance. These emails also adapt
to the complete range of smartphones (46% of these emails are currently being read on phones)
and are sent from the 'From…' address of your dedicated HotelMap Concierge so that any replies
to these emails can be actioned immediately.

Mailing Schedules
Ensuring we contact your delegates in the correct manor is important to us. When you add a new delegate by either
LITE or AUTO we contact them straight away about hotel offers for the event.
If there is enough time between now and the start of the event we email a further two times, 14 days prior to the
start of the event and then 7 days before.
If one of your delegates choses to unsubscribe at any point they will recieve no further mailings regarding the
event they are going to.
